INDICATIONS
1. Growing puppies.
Science Plan Nature’s Best* Puppy Mini/Medium is formulated to meet all
the nutritional requirements of puppies that will grow to less than 25kg
when adult, from weaning until 1 year old. At 1 year old it is recommended
that puppies should be switched to Science Plan Nature’s Best* Canine Adult
Mini/Medium.
2. Pregnant and lactating bitches.
Science Plan Nature’s Best Puppy Mini/Medium also meets all the nutritional
requirements of pregnant and lactating bitches.
Science Plan Nature’s Best Puppy Mini/Medium provides an ideal balance of high
quality natural ingredients with added vitamins and minerals plus a natural
preservative system, and a Superior Antioxidant Formula to reduce oxidative cell
damage.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR
1. Cats.
2. Obesity-prone non-lactating adults.
FEEDING GUIDE
Many factors such as environmental conditions, activity level, the stage of
life and individual variation (temperament, stress) can affect the amount
of food needed.
The owner should monitor body weight and condition, and adjust the quantity
fed according to veterinary advice.
Science Plan Nature’s Best Puppy Mini/Medium should not be supplemented
because additional food and supplements may upset the nutritional balance.
Fresh water should be available at all times.
PREGNANCY
The amount of Science Plan Nature’s Best Puppy Mini/Medium to feed to pregnant
bitches depends upon the stage of pregnancy. Often pregnancy is not recognised
until the 4th or 5th week.
The following feeding ranges can be used as a starting point and should be
adjusted to achieve/maintain optimal bodily condition.

Best* Puppy Mini/Medium to feed to puppies, rather than ranges. These amounts
should be adjusted to achieve and maintain optimal body weight, and should be
fed as 2 - 4 meals per day (the number may decrease with age).
The amount required per day by individual puppies typically varies by ±16%,
e.g. a 4 month old, 4 kg puppy may require between 110 and 150 grams dry, of
