Algarde Heat mat 6" x 11" 7 Watt Reptile Vivariums

This easy to install electric heat mat is suitable for most reptiles, amphibians and inverterbrae.

Radient, convection and contact heater all in one. The heat mat omits infra-red heat creating warm spots for your pet to bask in as they would in their natural environment. The infra-red heat is able to create these warm spots with minimal effect on the air temperature of the vivarium.

Most reptiles require to be able to move in and out of warm areas within their vivarium and this heat mat allows this. The mat should cover 50% to 75% of the vivarium floor area.

If you keep burrowing pets, then the mat should be positioned on the back or sides of your vivarium. If in doubt seek expert advice!
